£10 per hour for Wattisfield residents. 
£12 per hour for non-residents.

Please Note
 
An additional damage deposit of £50 must be made at the time of booking, which will be refundable after the function if no breakages/damage occurs.
 
The booking fee must be made in full at the time of the booking. No refunds will be given. Any person hiring the hall will be held responsible for any breakages or loss of kitchenware, broken windows, furnishings, toilet fittings and tampering with fire extinguishers whilst in their hire.
 
The chairman and committee reserve the right to have the hall cleaned and breakages/damages costs to be charged against the deposit/hirer if necessary. An additional damage deposit of £50 must be made as the time of booking, which will be refundable after the function if no breakages/damage occurs.
 
The hirer is responsible for cleaning the hall after the event. In the event of a day time function, the hall must be left clean in time for the evening hire.
 
Key to be returned within 2 hours of end of booking time or by 10 am the following morning in the event of a whole day/evening booking. Failure to return the key on time will result in an extra charge.
 
Music must stop no later than 11.30 pm
 
Tables, chairs or any other equipment taken from the store room, for use in the hall, must be cleaned and stacked correctly in the store after use.
 
Safety

Any portable electric appliances brought in for use in the hall should have a current electrical test certificate. The hirer must ensure all escape routes are unlocked and free of obstruction and can be safely used and that no fire doors are to be wedged open and all exit signs must be illuminated
 
Capacity

A total of no more than 150 persons will be allowed in the hall. For seated functions, a maximum of 120 persons (including staff) will be allowed in the hall
 
Alcohol

Alcohol may only be supplied/consumed with the consent of the chairman and committee and on the committee's successful application for a license. License fee is chargeable. Alternatively, alcohol may only be supplied/consumed under an independent suppliees full license; copy license must be supplied in advance to the chairman's and committee's satisfaction.
